I want my house back that I have as an RTO. Can I evict them?

Do you have cause to evict:

Has the lease expired?

Are they behind in payments?

Have they violated other terms?

If the lease is current and they are abiding by it, then you are bound to your contract to rent to them and to any option that remains applicable.
