Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I still have my house listed for sale by owner on a few websites. I recently signed a contract with a realtor. Someone contacted me through my ad and is interested in my home. If I show my house to this man and he makes an offer, am I obligated to pay the realtor when this potential buyer is answering my ad? Thank you!

Depends on the terms of your agreement with the real estate agent, but, probably yes.
