Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

house purchase

I have title insurance but the city of Chicago is abot to take over this three unit bldg. I own the top floor and have been making my payments on time since Aug. of '05. It looks like the unit was sold to me fraudulently. What does that mean for me? Can I get all of my payments reimbursed to me? All the money alos from improvements?

What do you mean the city of Chicago is about to take over the building? Was there an eminent domain case involved? Do you have a recorded deed on record?
