Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Ian in court for foreclosure. With the bank and know our association is saying they are taking our home. I haven't received any paper from court yet. Can they take our home before the bank.

Yes, if you are not paying your assessment to the association, the association can essentially evict you. This process is typically a lot faster than the foreclosure process.
