Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
In Illinois during the foreclosure process, after the 90 days are up from when you were first summoned, can I still pay the missed payments/fees and still get to stay in my house? Or is it too late and I have to leave unless I pay the entire mortgage off? Thank you!

At this point it is up to the discretion of the lender but I would strongly urge you to hire counsel because you must still follow the court process but you may have other options that if not handled properly could be treacherous.
