Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Illinois.... Motion to sub judge for cause enterd on 12/7 and assigned a court date 1/26 is entered. 15 days later on 12/22 plantiff files a motion for conf of sale and is somehow given date 1/25 (1) day before motion of sub judge is to be heard, and order of conf sale is granted. Judge is informed by defendant of substitue motion and said " if i made a mistake ill correct it" the next day ( after final order of conf of sale) judge issues an order on 1/26 substituting judge, nut not vacating our setting aside conf of sale order ...is this confirmation of sale order void?

No attorney in his/her right mind would give you any advice even though you've tried to be detailed. We'd want to see all the court orders. And without a transcript of the proceedings, that could be a problem unless the judge and other side concur in whatever the judge seemed to be promising. Sorry.
