Is there an implied "Privacy" right that holds Landlords responsible in case they release my private information contained in the lease agreement to another tenant?

Hello. My answer is based upon the information posted by you on this website. The degree of privacy that you can expect from your landlord as to other tenants may depend upon the specific language, if any, in the lease. If the lease does not contain such language, in my opinion, you have a reasonable expectation that the landlord will not engage in disclosure of your personal information which would interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of your tenancy. More information on your situation would be helpful in further commenting here. There are additional comments and suggestions that I can make. Will be happy to discuss this further.
