Joint ownership of a parcel of land
Me and my brother own this land together. He is wanting to build a house on a prime area o f the land. Do I have any say on this mater?

From your posting I can tell that you and your brother are having quite a dispute. In my opinion, it will be necessary for you to file a partition suit to divide your portion of the property from that of your brother. You should offer your brother a proposal to split the land, otherwise you will have no other choice but to proceed with a partition. This is an equitable court action which is commenced in the Chancery Court and is
