joint tenancy
when my wife and i bought our home the lawyer entered it as joint tenancy, is this the same as joint tenancy with right of survivorship? My wife has recently passed away and I dont know if I would have trouble selling my house with this joint tenancy on it? Thank you very much.

Yes, it is the same by operation of law. You will need a "sealed copy" death certificate in order to complete the sale. If I can help further, please call.
