when i re finance my house and the quit claim deed is signed will i be able at that moment to remove my ex from the premise with no recourse?

Please repost. Do you mean physically remove yoiur ex, or do you mean remove your ex from the title and mortgage? If physical removal, what does the divorce decree say?
