Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

If a judge orders plaintiff to respond to defendants allegations and plaintiff fails to answer does that mean that the plaintiff has admitted the allegations?

Yes but the plaintiff will still need to go in to court to prove up its case to get a default judgment.
