Land Trust

My Mom passed away recently, and we found that the house is in a trust, with 5 of 6 children as beneficiary(the child not included was estranged from the family for years). The trust was done 10 yrs. ago, so it's not real recent. Question: Can the sixth child(the non -beneficiary) contest this?

Anybody can contest but to win they must have grounds therefor.
