Landlord was foreclosed on with out our knowledge.

Offer was made to give us 30 days to move with a compensation of 3400.00

Husband disabled and no rentals in area until spring.

What to do.........

The law allows you to stay where you are for much longer than a month and it would strike me that your rights to the apartment are worth more to you than $3400.

There is a legal aid organization that focuses on helping the disabled, but there name escapes me. Try the following and ask them about referrals:
