landlord refuses to return security deposit... who can help?
My landlord refuses to return my security deposit. i heard that there is an organization that can help collect this for me, for a fee. does anyone know of such an organization?

If you're located in Chicago, you might not need such an organziation, for a City ordinance provides for the recovery of attorneys' fees (i.e., the landlord has to pay them) if the tenant is successful (assuming certain other conditions are satisified).
