Landlord Responsible?
Our sewer bills have now been sent to our landlords, and we then pay our landlords the amount due. Are they required to provide the tenant with a utility statement if the tenant requests one?

I think that would have to be in the lease.

If you are required to pay that bill, then you should have the right to inspect that bill. You may be able to get that information directly from the city if your landlord is not cooperative.
