Late Fee on Homeowner's Association Fees

What is the maximum late fee a Homeowners Association in Illinois may charge? Our current Homeowner's Assoc fee is $50 and if you are late there is a late fee of $35.

I do not know of a maximum fee other than a "reasonableness standard", and a late fee of $35 on a $50 fee may not be unreasonable. This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.
