Lease on Apartment
My name and my girlfriends name are
on my lease. She has no job and I pay
for every single bill. If I break up with
her, is there a legal way to get her to
move out if she refuses to move out
after I break up with her?

You need to see if the landlord will release her from the lease. This would have to be by agreement with all three parties. If she or the landlord say no, you are stuck. Good luck.
