Can the landlord contact police if a lease wasnt distributed saying tenant is tresspassing and can they be evicted without a court order

The police cannot evict anyone. The landlord must go through the court process. Otherwise he is opening himself up to lawsuits.

There HAS to be a lot more to this story, so I have to say that you haven't provided enough facts to answer the question. I would recommend that you seek the counsel of a lawyer immediately. And be sure to bring him all the documents that are in your possession, including, but not limited to, copies of canceled checks, leases, etc.
