left a home by our mother had a mortgage on it we have been paying for since she passed . mortgage company has sold it loan to another this one now wants the house, what can we do we are the executors of her will listed as owner of the hose in her will. we even promised her we keep the house....

Assuming this is not a reverse mortgage and you have been paying on time, the lender cannot simply take the house. Contact a real estate or probate attorney in your area.
