Is it legal for the Board of Directors of a condominium association or its manger to inform a home owner the name of a resident making a complaint against them? What are the ramifications if your answer is no?

Hello. This will depend upon the language in the bylaws, if it is mentioned at all. However, the complaining homeowner can specify in writing that their identify be undisclosed.
