Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I live in a trailer park with my friend Justin whom owns the trailor. He pays the park 500 a month to leave it on the lot. About 2 years ago I lived here with a boyfriend and he called the police on me one day for being there, it got dropped in court because he didn't show up and knows I wasn't trespassing. Now living here with Justin (for about 3 months) they say I'm not allowed. I never signed anything nor was there any legal documentations by the police filled out. Are they allowed to kick me out?

That would depend on the rules and regulation of the park and the agreement that Justin signed to rent space in the lot.
