I am representing myself in a a dispute which led to eviction. My question is as follows:

How would one draft a motion staying enforecement of judgement when no file is avaliable due to misplacement by county court house. Am I entitled to request an extension of time scince the file has been unavaliable to myself to review for proper prep for a appeal .
