Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

M grandmother left me her house which sits on one of 3 lots that she and my grandfather owned. The other two lots were left to my cousins(brothers), one of which is now dead and the other is in the custody of the Pinkneyville correctional center. He has agreed to give me the two lots so that I can sell them as part of the lot with the house on it. How do I go about getting this done?
