Marital property

I would like to know how to guarantee that my children will receive 100% of the home after my death other than my husband signing a quit claim. He says that he will do that, but I don't trust him. Is there a legal document that can give me ownership of the house and also give him his share of the house upon my death?

Depends on who owns it now, if he owns it with you, there is probably nothing you can do. You need to talk to an estate planning attorney.
