Marriage

I want to marry my boyfriend and I own property with my sister if I get him to sign an agreement that whatever I had before our marriage is mine and whatever he had is his is that legal.

A pre-nuptual agreement is fine, but a living trust is better.

Your question regards a prenuptual agreement and to be effective, it must be drafted properly. I suggest that you contact an attorney and spend a few hundred dollars so that you are properly protected.
