mobile homes

i have a mobile home that im tryn to move into a town that has a ordience that says that it cannot be more than ten yearsold. i have been to several board meetings to try to get more info but they keep draging it o. what should my nextstep be

Please provide more detail than just "they keep dragging it out".

Unless you sue the town, you probably need to find either another mobile home or another town.
