My mom wants to give me her house. Can she just quit claim deed it to me? Will that transfer the title to my name?

It will. A Quit Claim is the simplest way to transfer property as there are no guarantees made with the transfer like habitability etc. Don't forget to record the deed with the county.

Be careful. This may trigger a gift tax liability. If you have any judgments against you, these will attach to the property. Also, if she has a mortgage, this may cause problems with her lender, or her future ability to finance the property.
