Can I sue My mortage servicer for fraud. when i took out the mortage on my house Country Wide agent played with the numbers and made it look like i made more than i did stating ''the extra income was put down for Raises and bonuses recieved for the year''

Hello. Mortgage fraud is definitely on the rise. In my opinion, you can file a lawsuit. Of course you should consider what your damages are. Sorry you have been a victim of this. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
