Re: mortgage fraud

Hello. I recently defended a mortgage broker

against a lawsuit for mortgage fraud which was

brought 5 years, after the transaction. There-

fore, in my opinion, if you bring a lawsuit within the 5 year period, you are on solid ground. However, I subscribe to the belief that filing a lawsuit as soon as possible is the best way to make sure that your supporting evidence and witnesses are still around. I will be happy
