Mortgage Payment
I send my mortgage payment by certified mail before the due date. I was told today that I was still late because thel after the due date. Are they correct, I feel that before the due date Post Mark is good enough for the Federal Gov. it should be good enough for them.

Take a look at your note. I would bet it says the payment must be in their hands on or before a certain date. I have never seen one that said anything about postmarked before a certain date.
