Does the will name your brother to administer the estate? If yes, what is your level of trust? If no, would you want to step in to handle it, suggest someone to handle it or do you trust your brother to handle everything?

I suggest with a home involved and other questions you will want answered, that at minimum you have an attorney involved, minimally to review documents, answer brief questions and be on the standby should the need arise to do anything.
