If a neibor vomits on your porch can you have them arrested or sue

Was it intentional? You can call the police but it will be their discretion what to do with the situation. Sue? For what? Clean-up? No not unless it cost a LOT of money; otherwise it will cost more to sue and you could lose if the person was just sick.
