No-lease eviction

I have agreed to rent rooms in my home to my son and his son. There is no written agreement. He has been here 2 months now and has paid me no rent. Recently he, for the first time in his life, has become verbally abusive to me. I actually am afraid of him. I told him to get out but he says he has 30 days. I dont want him here for 30 days.

Please help.

This is NOT a real estate question. It is a domestic relations question. If abuse exists, you should call the police and obtain an Order of Protection, which would immediately "evict" your son from your home. I hope that this helps.
