Notice of Sale

My parents home is in the end stages of foreclosure. The schedule date of the notice of sale is Nov. 2. My question is this, how long do they have to be able to move out? They don't can't save home, all options were taken but failed in the end. My brother is in the process of buying a home and plans on having them live with him.

They will be expected to leave immediately upon the sale. Try and talk with the foreclosure attorneys and explain to them your situation. They may give you an extension.
