My order of protection ends on February 8, 2013. I own 50% of condo and 50% of business with estranged ex-boyfriend. The two year OP was totally granted on lies by estranged ex-boyfriend and his attorney. How do I move back into my condo?

Most likely you are looking at a partition action on the condo and a forced sale on the business (assuming it is a business entity. Time to consult more fully with an attorney.
