Who owns property?
My daughter and her boyfriend bought a house together. Her name is on the Deed, Mortgage and Real Estate Taxes. They have since split up and he is not paying his half of the mortgage..My question is he entitled to anything from the sale of the house?

Most likely, but it depends on whether there was a written agreement between them, who paid for what, whether they can document that, etc. If he is in title, he will need to sign the purchase agreement as well as the deed conveying the property to the purchasers.
