Can I get a personal property auction postponed?

I have a rental space containing approximately $30,000 worth of personal property. I am in arrears on the rent for said property. I have a substantial sum of money coming from an inheritance, more than enough to pay the back rent and remove the property from the premises. The storage company has informed me the property in question will be auctioned to the highest bidder for the back rent.

Is there any way to postpone said auction until I recieve my inheritance, due on or before August?

All you can probably try to do is get an injunction but they have the right
