Plat of Survey
Our neighbor has indicated that our fence is on her property. Our fence was erected 13 years ago. We had the fence company refer to our Plat of Survey. Is there a statute of limitations reagrding this type of matter? For example, can she now (after 13 years) legally pursue the fact that our fence is on her property, which hasn't been proven true yet. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

The concept is called adverse possession and the appropriate period of time varies at 7 or 20 years depending on your facts. You need to contact an attorney for a consultation.
