power of attoorney
My sons father just died and the person who had power of attorney is still trying to tell the sons all of which are grown,what they can do and can't.Their was no will and the estate is very small.The person who has power of attorney is his cousin.Don't the power of attoreny dissolve when the person dies who gve it to them?

That is correct. the Power of Attorney is only effective during the life time of the person who granted the POA.

Yes, you are right. The power is gone upon death. You need to talk to a probate attorney.
