power of attorney

can someone revoke POA if the agent performed an act against her interests. The agent made a Trust Deed on her house without knowledge.

You can revoke the POA. However, the revocation can not have retroactive effect.

Depending on the powers in the POA, you might have a cause of action against the agent or agaisnt the person who relied on the POA.
