Only things which are not attached to the building. Leave the furnace, water heater, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures--things that were there when you bought the house are probably things that need to stay after the foreclosure.

Personal property may be removed but not "real" property. Things that are attached to the house are considered part of the real estate and should stay. Sometimes it's hard to determine what's real property because it depends on how it's attached to the house and how difficult it is to remove. For example, a picture on a hook is personal property, but a light fixture is real estate after it's attached. I hope that helps.
