Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

problems with my former landlord

My apartment became inhabitable and I had to move out prematurely. The landlord now refuses to return my deposit money, and the money for unused apartment time. I don�t have the time, know how, nor money to take him to court myself, but am wondering if there are any organizations in Illinois that deal specifically with issues like these? Thank you
