Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I was in process of refinancing my home. I received a paper in the mail from the mortgage company, that my and my spouses name was fraudenlently signed to. Is there anything I can do? It was a borrowers certificate & authorization form. Im really concerned because if they did it on one form, they could have possibly done it on other forms, i am not aware of.

If your lender forged your signature, you should contact the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and your local state's attorney. Lenders that do things like this should not be in business.
