property damage tresspass

can a TV cable company dig through my property to service a customer other than myself without permission? If not wat damages are applicable?

Well, I bet that they are digging in an easement; check your plat of survey and title policy for the location of the easements. They have the obligation to re-plant vegetation. If they are not digging in an easement, this is trespass.
