property easements

If someone has an easement to get to his property and he sells part of his property, do then both landowners have an easement to our property

Not necessarily; depends on the wording of the grant of easement and the deed. Is any of this in writing? Do you need an attorney? Where is the property? This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.

That would depend on whether the easement runs with the land or whether the property is landlocked. You should discuss the situation with an attorney as there are too many variables for an accurate answer in this forum.
