property lien

The home I have placed a lien on has been sold a with an ok from the title company! I just found this out. What

can I do? I spoke to X and the secretary told me my lien card is still in the file.

It's impossible to answer your question without more information. A copy of the title along with other information (e.g., what type of lien) would be necessary to try to figure oput what happened.

You don't mention what type of lien you have. If it is a mortgage or mechanic's lien, then all you need to do is foreclose it. If it is valid, the title company will likely have to pay it.
