Qualified reason for rent credit
Does the tenant have the right to request a rent credit if the gas is cut off for an extended period of time if it is included in the rent? What would be an appropriate credit request for 10 days without gas and the monthly rent is $625.00?

In think that I would need to know why the gas was cut off before the question could be adequately answered. That said, if it is a good tenant, why quibble?? The gas credit couldn't be that much.
