What recourse do I have if I have ownership on a quick claim deed with 4 other family members,who can not agree on a fair price to settle?

HOW you received title to real property is not important; I assume that what you really mean is that you are a joint tenant with other people, i.e., a joint owner. One would have to see the deed to determine the exact kind of tenancy to determine how to divide the interest. I would suggest that you take the recorded deed to a Real Estate attorney to determine exactly how you hold title; once that is nailed down, you can proceed as how to break up the tenancy, if possible.
