Quit Claim Deed

I'm completing a Quit Claim Deed and need to know what do I put in the section that say ''Witnesseth that the said first party, for good consideration and for the sum of______ dollars ($ ) paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof etc.'' What 's the amount that go in the blank?

Most such documents that I have seen recite consiuderation in the amout of $10 and other good and valuable consideration.
