Quit Claim Deed

I recently received property from a relative by quit claim. Can the relative's children ask for the property back upon their father's demise? How do I prevent this from happening.

Depends on the circumstances of the transfer.

Was Dad mentally competent? Did you give Dad something of value for the transfer? Did you take advantage of Dad when the transfer was made?
